2. Products and Services
Zentro 3D Lab sells products manufactured through 3D printing. Product images and descriptions are kept as accurate as possible; however, features such as color and size may vary slightly depending on monitor settings. All products are subject to availability.
3. Orders and Payment
To place an order, you must provide valid contact and delivery information. Order confirmation is sent by email after payment is received. Zentro 3D Lab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in TRY and do not include taxes.
4. Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location. Zentro 3D Lab cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. Responsibility for issues arising from incorrectly entered delivery addresses lies with the recipient.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Damaged or defective products may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused. Returns are not accepted for custom-order products. For return requests, please write to info@zentro3dlab.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, images, texts, designs) belongs to Zentro 3D Lab and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zentro 3D Lab cannot be held responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of products. Our liability is in any case limited to the price of the purchased product.
8. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of dispute, Sakarya courts shall have jurisdiction.
